Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2025
These Terms of Service govern your use of the FixMySignature website and consulting services. By booking a session you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
FixMySignature provides remote consulting sessions, delivered live over Zoom, to assist end users with digital signature configuration and error resolution related to DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Adobe Acrobat, Windows certificate stores, USB tokens, and similar third-party products.
2. Booking and Cancellation
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement after you submit a request. You may cancel or reschedule at no cost up to two hours before your session start time. Cancellations made within two hours of the session may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
3. Refund Policy
If the specialist is unable to resolve the issue described in your booking during the paid session, you will receive a full refund of the session fee. Refund requests must be submitted within seven days of the session.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome Beyond Session Effort
Although we apply our best professional effort, certain outcomes depend on factors outside our control (expired credentials, third-party platform outages, employer security policies). We do not guarantee any specific outcome beyond the diligent execution of the consulting session itself.
5. Independent Consulting Disclaimer
FixMySignature is an independent consulting service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to DocuSign Inc., Adobe Inc., Microsoft Corporation, or any other software company referenced on this website. All product names, logos, and brands mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
6. Acceptable Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information during booking, to grant remote screen access only at your discretion, and to refrain from any unlawful or disruptive behavior during sessions. We may decline or terminate service at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixMySignature's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Delaware.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
